Lack of sleep can actually affect physical health, emotional balance and mental clarity. Practices like Pranayama, guided meditation, yoga Nidra, Ayurveda therapies and traditional Yoga asanas are designed in such a way to help an individual overcome Insomnia problem. The imbalances in Vata, Pitta, and Kapha doshas are also balanced which promotes deep relaxation. This program also helps to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which regulates heart rate, breathing pattern, sleep cycle and improves emotional stability.
