This procedure stimulates the overall system and helps in the restoration of health of a patient. It focuses on improving gut health, digestive fire, removing toxins and conditioning the overall body by balancing the three doshas: vata, pitta, and kapha. It also strengthens and rejuvenates the physical body. Also, the classes of hatha yoga asana, pranayama, and meditation, are designed and guided by expert teachers.
Each guest is given a detailed consultation with our experienced Ayurvedic doctor. Based on the individual's health needs, lifestyle, and body constitution (Prakriti) a customized plan is created. And accordingly, the practitioner is given wellness treatments. Ayurveda emphasizes taking appropriate measures before the occurrence of the disease or while the disease is in its initial stage. Examination of the patient is very simple but perfect. In general, Nadi (pulse), Netra (eyes), Mitra (urine), and Jihva (tongue) are examined.
