Yes, then this Ayurveda & Yoga Stress Management Program at Nighantu School, is for you. This program is designed to restore mental balance, emotional stability, and physical vitality. In today’s fast-paced lifestyle, stress, anxiety, and mental fatigue have become most common challenges. This program helps an individual not only reconnect with their inner self, but also restore their peace and achieve deep relaxation.

It is a holistic approach to improve digestion, balance metabolism, and support gut health with carefully designed Ayurvedic detox programs, pranayama, meditation, yoga Nidra and stress releasing yoga asanas. This program helps to reduce cortisol a stress releasing hormone, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system which helps to regulate heart rate, breathing, sleeping patterns and improve emotional stability. The Ayurvedic practices used here helps to balance the Vata, Pitta and kapha doshas. It also helps to restore harmony between the body and mind, allowing individuals to reclaim a state of well-being.

Each guest is given a detailed consultation with our experienced Ayurvedic doctor. Based on the individual's health needs, lifestyle, and body constitution (Prakriti) a customized plan is created. And accordingly, the practitioner is given wellness treatments, Ayurvedic massages, and detox programs. Ayurveda emphasizes taking appropriate measures before the occurrence of the disease or while the disease is in its initial stage. Examination of the patient is very simple but perfect. In general, Nadi (pulse), Netra (eyes), Mitra (urine), and Jihva (tongue) are examined.

  • Shat Karma: The six main practices are Neti, Dhauti, Nauli, Basti, Kapalabhati, and Trataka.
  • Abhyanga: warm herbal oil massage to improve metabolism.
  • Udvartana: herbal powder massage for metabolism and fat reduction.
  • Panchakarma Detox: The five main practices are Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, Raktamokshana
  • Herbal Remedies: Triphala, Trikatu, ginger, cumin, and fennel are traditional Ayurvedic herbs helps to stimulate digestive fire, reduce bloating, and promote overall gut health

This program is a holistic approach to releasing stress and restoring mental balance. It is designed for anyone tired of a busy routine, seeking emotional stability, or suffering from mental fatigue, insomnia, and anxiety.

Yes. A very crucial part of this therapy is the diet. You will be provided with specific, easily digestible Sattvic meals (like Kitchari) that are tailored to your Dosha and designed to support the detoxification process.

Not at all. In fact, most of our stress-release therapies (like oil massages, steam baths, and Shirodhara) are profoundly soothing, painless, and highly relaxing, aiming to gently calm the nervous system.

While even a short stay offers relaxation, we recommend at least 7 to 14 days to fully activate the parasympathetic nervous system and achieve lasting emotional and physical restoration. For chronic stress, 21 days is recommended.

No, our program is highly preventative. Even healthy individuals use it to clear out accumulated stress and seasonal imbalances to promote longevity and maintain a state of well-being.
